I have had the fortune of overseeing Brooke's work in customizing the APNIC's CRM. This has been a dream project, a worthwhile investment with mind-blowing results. Brooke was able to adapt the CRM to the very particular needs to APNIC and transformed it into an "APNIC-force". She developed a company-wide news-feed. A very powerful tool for external engagements. A shared contact database. Integration with a mobile app to scan business cards. An event registration system. A staff activity logging function. A training dashboard. Most importantly, a shared platform of institutional knowledge, enabling each staff member to acquire a full 360 degrees view of the history of engagements with every person and organisation known to APNIC. All of this could not have happened without Brooke.
