I have experience implementing, developing and managing small, medium and large instances of Salesforce - within both new and existing environments. My clients have owned a range of license levels from Professional to Unlimited, within various Salesforce clouds such as Communities, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Vendor apps and custom environments. I specialise in the more bespoke requirements and customisation of our client's Salesforce instance to ensure the platform suits specific business processes. All solutions produced become the intellectual property of the client, reducing further additional ongoing costs such as vendor licensing or subscription fees.
